MUAY THAI

Muay Thai is the Art of 8 limbs.  The utilization of your hands (Punching), Legs (Kicks), Knees, and Elbows through striking and a form of Standing up Grappling called "Clinching"- followed by leg sweeps & opponent dumps. 
The War Room's Muay Thai Program focuses on Traditional Fight Principles of Authentic Muay Thai.  Merging both Competitive fighting & Self defense Concepts.  Muay Thai is very vigorous but also very accessible to all ages and walks of life.  Our Coaches ensure the safety and the progression of all of our students/gym members. 

Class Structure always starts out with the coaches choice of warm up for 10-15 minutes.  Each day is different while finding the balance between teaching new things and repetition.  Bag work, Pad work, Partner Drills, and Sparring (Optional).  Our Muay Thai program will get you in shape.  Want to learn how to fight?  Get in Shape?  Increase your Cardio and Muscular Endurance?  Join us For Muay Thai!
